Career centers briefly; They are centers that provide information and services to help young people in their transition to adulthood and in the process of starting a job (Schutt Jr., 2008). The role of career centers is to assist individuals in creating and implementing their career plans. It is also among the duties of the centers to increase the motivation of individuals in the career development process and to help them become proactive individuals (Niles, 2002).
The career development process at the individual level is basically “Who am I?”, “Where am I going?”, “How do I get where I want?” consists of a set of questions. "Who am I?" By asking the question, the characteristic features of the individual are tried to be examined in the process. “Where am I going?” information about the destination; It reveals information such as career information, market information, career research, short and long-term goals. These two elements combine, and in a forward-looking “How do I get where I want?” creates the action plan element that will answer the question (Schutt Jr., 2008).
It may be possible to get satisfactory answers to the above questions with career counseling services to be provided to individuals during the career development process.
