What is an Interview (Job Interview)?

An interview is a process of interpersonal interaction that takes place in a limited time frame. It is the meeting of the employer and the job applicant to get to know each other in a session lasting 15-45 minutes. In short, it is the negotiations for hiring the right personnel for the right job. At the end of the process, both the candidate and the hiring parties decide whether they are suitable for each other. Job interviews can be made one or more times.
