Muş Alparslan University Career Development Application and Research Center Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation Unit aims to bring together actors (person/institution/organization) working for the benefit of society in multidisciplinary fields and in different sectors on a platform where ideas for the solution of social problems are accepted as social enterprises. brings together.

The work of this unit is focused on the subjects listed below.

Social Incubation Center: It is a non-profit program for the realization of socially beneficial entrepreneurship and innovation projects, with social inclusion purposes such as business development/generating business ideas/mediating the parties to come together/creating a project team without financial support. The program, supported by the Career Development Application and Research Center Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation Unit , offers non-financial support combinations between 06-12 months to actors at different stages (idea, implementation, scaling).

Trainings Containing Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation: Organizing informative seminars on social innovation and social entrepreneurship ecosystem in order to provide social benefit in order to raise awareness of social innovation and social entrepreneurship; Providing trainings such as community building, relations with public institutions and organizations, innovative entrepreneurship with social content, active citizenship, strengthening public and NGO cooperation, preparing social entrepreneurship business plan, preparing innovative social entrepreneurship projects in order to train social entrepreneurs. Organizing 3-4 day trainings within the scope of “train the trainer” program/project in order to develop local capacity related to social entrepreneurship and social innovation. Organizing “Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation Information Session” for our students.

Social Cooperative Studies: Providing “Social Cooperatives Promotion, Development and Implementation Training” to university students/social entrepreneurs in 4-5 hours in order to raise awareness about social cooperatives and to develop solutions on social problems with the social cooperative model. (The manager of a successful social cooperative in Turkey will be invited in this regard and a Social Cooperative model will be adopted).

Conducting Field Visits for the Establishment of the Muş Social Entrepreneurship Network: In field studies, face-to-face meetings and consultation workshops will be organized with non-governmental organizations, public institutions and organizations, all actors of the entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship ecosystem. Along with the survey study prepared after the site visits, a comprehensive Muş Province Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation Need Analysis Report on the potential of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem will be prepared.
